Programs in Florida include Therapeutic Foster Care, In-home services, targeted Case Management, psychiatric services and outpatient therapy. FPS of Florida participates in local privatization efforts as a Case Management organization in four districts providing child welfare services.

FPS of Florida also offers an innovative adolescent substance abuse program called the Seven Challenges©. This science-based program targets adolescents between the ages of 12-17 who are at risk for substance abuse indicated by poor school attendance and achievement, school dropout, association with anti-social and gang related peers, legal involvement and/or conduct disorder. The program may be home-based and includes school based activities. The overall service objective of the program is to prevent substance use and provide early intervention services to those adolescents who may be experimenting with alcohol and/or drugs.
